Interested in a pasture raised lamb but looking for a more economical way to fill your freezer. Try a whole or half lamb!
You select your desired cuts on a personalized cut sheet that will be emailed to you along with our personal recommendations once we have confirmed your order. While you're completing your cut sheet we will be available to answer any questions you may have.
We anticipate the hanging weight to average 90lbs per lamb. Naturally this fluctuates with each individual lamb. The price per pound for a whole lamb is $13.50/lb hanging weight for a half or $12/lb hanging weight for a whole. This includes cutting and wrapping and an opportunity for head to tail eating, if you choose!
We kindly request a $100 deposit to reserve a half lamb and $200 to reserve a whole lamb. This deposit comes directly off your final bill and the remainder can be paid by e transfer or cash.
