Pre-Order Whole or Half Pig SPRING 2024 Deposit
Interested in a bulk order of pork? This is the most economical way to fill your freezer with pasture raised pork, head to tail if you choose! You select your cuts and sausage flavours to suit your peferences on a personalized cut sheet that will be emailed to you along with our personal recommendations once we have confirmed your order. While you're completing your cut sheet we will be available to answer any questions you may have.
We anticipate the hanging weight to average 200lbs per pig. Naturally this fluctuates with each individual pig. The price per pound for a whole pig is $6/lb hanging weight, this includes cutting and wrapping. Sausage and curing/smoking fees are extra from the butcher.
We kindly request a $100 deposit to reserve a half pig and $200 to reserve a whole pig. This deposit comes directly off your final bill.
